What is FBA Reimbursements?

Amazon often fails to compensate you when they lose or damage an item in their warehouse or when a customer is refunded but does not return the product.
We automatically track this for you and our trained team files the claims with Amazon on your behalf.
You can then focus on growing your business, safe in the knowledge that we are analysing each sale and stock movement to ensure you are claiming back what is rightly yours.

How does it work?

Our application will check over a dozen of reports every day and will determine if you are owed any money according to Amazon’s Terms of Service.

Once we discover a valid claim, our trained team will create a Seller Support Ticket in order to settle the claim.

To do this, please follow the step-by-step instructions in the application. You only need to do this once. You can then log in every day and see the status of how much money we estimate you are owed and the total of how much we have recovered for you. At the end of the billing month, we’ll then charge a percentage fee of the total amount we recovered during that month.
